A company is looking for a Senior Product Development Manager in Nashville.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key leaders to develop new concepts, raw materials, and product formulations
• Coordinate with various teams for product development tasks and certifications
• Identify opportunities for product line improvements and oversee prototype evaluations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of product development or CPG experience in the nutrition/supplement industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in crafting nutritional facts panels, handling product certifications, and technical product development skills
• Experience with operations involving co-manufacturers and project management skills
• Familiarity with commercialization/R&D processes from concept to launch
