Senior Product Development Specialist

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Development Project Management Specialist will manage the project life cycle for innovative medical devices, ensuring robust planning, execution, and lifecycle management while working remotely or onsite in Plymouth, MN or Galway, Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage projects for new product development and lifecycle management
• Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management, project teams, and management
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and prepare status reports while addressing project issues and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2 years, or a PhD with no experience
• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Broad cross-functional knowledge in product development, clinical, regulatory affairs, quality, and operations
• Experience in project management methodologies and practices
• Ability to gather requirements and manage stakeholder engagement effectively
