Key Responsibilities

• Own the Web product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the portfolio of brands, aligning user needs with business priorities
• Drive measurable performance improvements across key KPIs, including audience engagement, retention, and revenue
• Lead end-to-end product development in partnership with engineering, UX, data, editorial, ad tech, and commercial teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a track record of owning and scaling large-scale consumer Web products
• Experience leading and developing product management teams in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong analytical and data-fluency skills, with hands-on experience using experimentation frameworks and analytics platforms
• Deep familiarity with modern product development practices, including Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments while managing multiple priorities
