Senior Product Director
Job Summary
Driving business growth, the full-time Senior Product Director will manage product and revenue opportunities with merchant partners, lead cross-functional execution, and leverage AI to enhance consumer experiences in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences
- Oversee daily operations and engineering execution to iteratively launch and test new product experiences
- Develop business cases and operational reports using SQL and Excel to inform investment decisions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 7 years of Product Management experience
- 5 years of experience in a high growth/startup technology environment
- 5 years of experience working with SQL
- 8 years of experience collaborating directly with software engineering teams
- Demonstrated application of AI in building digital products
