Senior Product Director

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy and execution for the customer engagement platform, the full-time Senior Product Director will define a multi-year vision for CRM, email campaigns, and automations, while working in a hybrid environment at the NYC headquarters or remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for the Client Engagement Group, focusing on revenue growth and platform impact
• Own the Email Campaigns business line, developing engagement strategies and leading roadmap decisions in collaboration with stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, ensuring high standards for development and customer-centricity across multiple product lines

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, particularly in customer engagement or CRM products
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing product management teams in complex environments
• Deep understanding of the customer engagement and email service provider landscape
• Proven track record of owning a revenue-generating product line with accountability for business outcomes
• Experience applying hypothesis-driven development to enhance product-market fit and adoption
