Senior Product Director
Job Summary
Leading the Retail organization, the full-time Senior Product Director will own the product strategy for the retail platform, manage cross-functional teams, and drive business goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for the retail platform, including partner app, onboarding, catalog integration, and dynamic pricing
- Directly manage engineers, product managers, and designers while owning the pod's business goals related to partner adoption and revenue
- Collaborate with enterprise grocery partners to understand operations and translate insights into effective product strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years managing cross-functional teams in B2B or enterprise software
- Direct experience in grocery or retail sectors, including merchandising and store operations
- Strong data fluency and a proven track record of making product decisions based on evidence
- Experience working with enterprise customers and translating operational realities into product strategies
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, lean organization with hands-on leadership
