Senior Product Distribution Strategist
Job Summary
To support the development and implementation of an enterprise Product Distribution Strategy for a global MedTech organization, the remote Senior Product Distribution Strategist will lead the creation of a standardized framework, assess current product flows, and develop strategies for product segmentation and distribution efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of a standardized Product Distribution Strategy framework, including guiding principles and governance
- Assess current product flows and develop product-flow segmentation strategies for fast- and slow-moving products
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and translate strategic recommendations into an actionable implementation roadmap
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, particularly in product distribution and logistics
- Strong experience within MedTech or highly regulated industries, with a preference for direct MedTech experience
- Demonstrated experience designing multi-echelon product distribution models involving various distribution nodes
- Working knowledge of ERP, TMS, and related supply chain technologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to facilitate senior-level, cross-functional workshops
