Senior Product Distribution Strategist
Job Summary
To support a global MedTech organization, the remote Senior Product Distribution Strategist will lead the development and implementation of an enterprise Product Distribution Strategy, collaborating with senior Supply Chain and Distribution leaders to optimize product flows and establish governance frameworks.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development of a standardized Product Distribution Strategy framework, including guiding principles and governance
- Assess current product flows and develop segmentation strategies for inventory management
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain experience, particularly in product distribution and logistics
- Strong background within MedTech or highly regulated industries, with direct experience preferred
- Proven ability to design multi-echelon product distribution models and optimize inventory strategies
- Experience balancing service, inventory, cost, and business continuity trade-offs
- Working knowledge of ERP, TMS, and supply chain technologies
