Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems for the ecommerce payments platform, developing backend services in Java
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform and manage infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring high code quality and adherence to testing standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience in software development, including Java and Javascript
• Experience with cloud computing, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• Familiarity with Micronaut, Gradle, Spring Boot, and CI/CD tools like CircleCI
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL databases
