Job Summary

Transforming loosely defined ideas into reliable products, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will work remotely to build systems that enhance customer-agent connections and improve real estate professionals' workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear plans from ambiguous problems, including tradeoffs and success metrics
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data partners to shape solutions and enhance customer experiences
• Build and maintain systems across the full stack, ensuring operational readiness and effective testing strategies

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in product environments, owning features from concept to launch
• Strong engineering fundamentals, including system design and testing strategy
• Full-stack capability to address user experience, services, APIs, and data concerns
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools in engineering work
• Demonstrated leadership through ownership and decision-making in product development
