Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning significant areas of product development, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will lead the design and delivery of features for a Ruby on Rails web app and React Native mobile app, focusing on data and analytics to drive operational outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major features across web and mobile applications
• Own data and analytics, building and maintaining reporting, dashboards, and data models for organizational decision-making
• Partner with product and clinical leadership to shape the technical direction and roadmap

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production software
• Deep experience with React (or React Native) and Ruby on Rails
• Strong command of SQL and relational databases for effective data modeling and query performance
• Proven track record of owning features or products end to end
• Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team standards
