Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the user experience, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will design and build Feldera's web UI and cloud portal, ensuring a seamless end-to-end journey for users while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the web UI and cloud portal for customer interaction with pipelines
• Design the full user journey from first impressions to daily workflows, identifying and resolving friction points
• Collaborate with backend engineering to ensure product surfaces accurately reflect underlying services

Required qualifications

• Strong full stack experience with production web applications, particularly in front-end technologies like TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Svelte, or Vue)
• Demonstrable design skills with a portfolio showcasing the ability to create intuitive interfaces
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance
• Experience building and consuming APIs, with a strong grasp of the services behind the UI
• Product sense to prioritize user needs and make informed decisions with limited direction
