Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI-LAB team, the remote Senior Product Engineer will build and maintain a multiplatform AI-powered document system, owning features end-to-end while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the core multiplatform document system, from idea to production, using React, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL
• Proactively measure feature impact, seek user feedback, and iterate based on insights to enhance product performance
• Design and integrate AI workflows using modern frameworks and connect automation pipelines with external APIs and cloud services

Required qualifications

• Fluency in Python with experience in utilizing a wide range of libraries
• 2-5 years of full-stack experience in a high-output team with a balance of speed and quality
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, including Hooks, Context API, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with AI-native tooling and understanding of agentic orchestration patterns
• Self-driven with a focus on solving real problems and improving metrics
