Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

Building a new product initiative from the ground up, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-facing products, defining experiences and making foundational technical decisions in a hybrid work environment with office presence expected once a week in LA.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship a new customer-facing product across frontend, backend, APIs, and data integrations
• Translate complex customer and business problems into simple, intuitive workflows that drive real usage
• Define and evolve the product architecture, data model, and technical patterns to support fast iteration and long-term scalability

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building customer-facing products
• Strong product judgment and customer empathy with the ability to simplify complexity
• Experience shipping 0-1 or early-stage products in ambiguous environments
• Fluency with APIs, data models, SQL, and AI-augmented development workflows
• Strong full-stack product engineering skills and the ability to work across the stack
