Senior Product Engineer

Job Summary

Taking ownership of sustaining engineering activities, the full-time Senior Product Engineer in Lifecycle Engineering will lead technical initiatives to improve yield, optimize test performance, and resolve complex production challenges in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead yield improvement and margin optimization initiatives across internal manufacturing sites and external suppliers
• Own lifecycle engineering from production ramp through to end-of-life management, ensuring ongoing product health and stability
• Investigate and resolve critical production issues impacting quality, yield, or test performance using structured methodologies

Required qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in semiconductor product, test, or design engineering, ideally within sustaining or lifecycle roles
• Strong experience in yield analysis, margin improvement, and cross-functional technical problem solving
• Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne, or equivalent bench test environments
• Experience with statistical process control, data analysis, and design of experiments
