Senior Product Engineer
Job Summary
Combining a passion for technical writing with a strong understanding of SDKs, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will create documentation for the ArcGIS Maps SDKs, empowering developers to build innovative geospatial applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Create clear guides, tutorials, and API documentation to simplify complex concepts for developers
- Test new features to ensure accurate representation of workflows and endpoints across supported versions
- Engage with the developer community through blogs, videos, and social media to promote best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SDKs and proficiency in at least one Native Maps SDK programming language (Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, .NET, or Qt)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively communicate complex API concepts
- Solid understanding of Git and familiarity with industry-standard content management tools
- Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, or a related field
