Job Summary
Owning the systems for payment risk management, the full-time Senior Product Engineer will lead end-to-end projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate decision-making processes and enhance user experience in a remote environment.

Required qualifications
- 7+ years of product engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on risk, fraud, or underwriting systems
- Expertise in systems that manage financial decisions, including exposure and credit models
- Strong backend development skills in Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, Python, Go, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with production on-call responsibilities, including incident response and post-mortem documentation
- Proven ability to adopt AI tools to enhance engineering workflows and mentor others in AI concepts
