Senior Product Engineer, Elixir

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Product Engineer, Elixir will design and operate Elixir/Phoenix services for a treasury platform, managing features end-to-end while collaborating with a senior team and focusing on AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate Elixir/Phoenix services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Own features from product framing to front-end implementation and production deployment
• Ensure reliability and operational rigor for Tier 0/1 systems through observability and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with strong production Elixir and Phoenix skills
• Experience in distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and hands-on with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Demonstrated use of AI coding tools in practical applications
• Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams in fluent English
