Senior Product Engineering Leader

Job Summary

Bridging business strategy and engineering execution, the full-time remote Senior Principal, Product Engineering will lead the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products while driving improvements in velocity and cycle time through AI-native practices across multiple strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering execution
• Lead backlog prioritization and act as a hands-on technical product leader to unblock teams and accelerate delivery
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for cycle time, flow efficiency, and throughput to ensure measurable improvements across product areas

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in products, engineering, development, and project management
• Experience working with C-Suite and leading cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in AI Coding for Production Applications (Vibe Coding) for over 1 year
• Proven track record in leading complex technical product initiatives involving microservices and cloud infrastructure
