Senior Product Filing Analyst

Job Summary

To support product form and rate development, the full-time Senior Product Filing Analyst will manage filing strategies, prepare filing packages, and coordinate with various departments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Research filing requirements and develop strategies for compliance with state regulations
• Prepare and manage filing packages, including responses to objections and approval notifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and successful resolution of compliance issues

Required qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of the insurance product development lifecycle and filing procedures
• Experience with regulatory compliance and product coverages in multiple states
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Familiarity with filing tools such as Point, SERFF, and Tracker
• Ability to coach and mentor less experienced analysts in filing processes
