To lead an Agile delivery POD for a major commercial lending platform enhancement, the remote Senior Product Group Manager will oversee a team of product management professionals, direct the delivery of prioritized features, and manage risks while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and provide leadership to a team of product management professionals
- Direct an Agile POD responsible for delivering prioritized features and platform enhancements
- Establish targets and key performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery commitments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management and delivery leadership
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner
- 5+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce nCino within a commercial banking environment
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading cross-functional Agile delivery PODs
