Senior Product Group Manager
Job Summary
Leading an Agile delivery team, the full-time Senior Product Group Manager will direct product strategy and oversee the enhancement of a major commercial lending platform while working remotely and collaborating with internal stakeholders during East Coast hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and tactical direction to a team of product management professionals
- Manage an Agile POD of approximately 12 team members to deliver prioritized features and enhancements
- Establish targets and key performance metrics to ensure timely delivery of commitments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in product management and delivery leadership
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce nCino in a commercial banking environment
- 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional Agile delivery PODs
