Senior Product Growth Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product & Growth Analyst to own the analytical engine behind its growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Instrument and analyze user behavior across product activation milestones and engagement patterns
• Own end-to-end funnel analysis from acquisition through plan completion and membership renewal
• Lead the experimentation program, including hypothesis formation, experimental design, and statistical analysis

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a closely related quantitative role
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Demonstrated data science background, including building predictive models and designing experiments
• Experience owning an analytics domain end-to-end
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, along with familiarity in product analytics and data modeling
