Senior Product Growth Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Growth Engineer to manage and execute growth projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Own growth projects end-to-end, including scoping, building, and iterating based on data
• Build in-product growth features to enhance user activation and retention
• Run experiments and measure the impact of features through A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, and SQL
• Experience with growth-oriented product development and metrics
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in software development
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members
