Senior Product Head, HSA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Head, HSA and Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern quarterly roadmap for Electron Benefits, Tachyon Deposits, and Tachyon ITP to support various Employer Benefit programs
• Assist central Product and Engineering teams in building and maintaining the platform
• Support Product and Operations teams in defining SOPs for HSA, FSA, HRA, and Benefits Operations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• In-depth knowledge of tax-advantaged benefit accounts, including HSA, FSA, and HRA
• Demonstrated experience in building or managing HSA/FSA/HRA platforms for banks, TPAs, or fintechs
• Deep understanding of benefits account lifecycle operations and experience defining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Knowledge of integrations with Payroll providers and other relevant platforms
• Past experience in interfacing with enterprise clients and providing implementation support
