Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Implementation Engineer to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by diagnosing and resolving issues and guiding them through troubleshooting processes
• Act as a subject matter expert on specific product areas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
• Oversee the customer onboarding process and create technical documentation to support efficient use of solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to information systems or healthcare or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in related, progressive roles
• 3+ years of experience managing technical integration projects
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of EDI experience and 2+ years in healthcare information systems
