Senior Product Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, administration, and advancement of the contact center reservation application
• Define and present new product features to stakeholders
• Write requirements and collaborate with technical teams to implement features

Required Qualifications

• Three (3) years of professional experience in Product, Technology, or a related field
• Proficient in translating business and technical requirements into structured user stories
• Experience writing detailed product specifications and documentation
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in an Agile or Scrum development environment (preferred)
