Senior Product Management Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director of Product Management for the Rapid Innovation Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and sprint output, translating customer pain and market opportunities into product increments
• Operate as a player-coach by leading product execution and engaging directly with customers
• Define the RIG's operating model and integrate agentic development methods within the team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software, with at least 3 years leading a product team
• Experience defining and shipping new products in ambiguous, early-stage environments
• Strong collaboration with engineering, understanding the development lifecycle and earning developer trust
• Exceptional customer instincts, capable of leading discovery conversations and prioritizing product decisions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent practical experience is a plus
