Senior Product Management Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision and strategy for a product portfolio, the full-time Senior Product Management Director will drive product growth and market insight while managing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the CMC/CPV/QbD/PAT analytics product portfolio
• Lead structured discovery to convert market needs into product opportunities and validate direction through prototypes and customer feedback
• Coach and develop a team of Product Managers and Owners while partnering with various departments to ensure commercial impact

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics/data science within life sciences manufacturing
• Deep familiarity with QbD, CPV, PAT, and process validation frameworks
• Proven ability to lead product discovery and roadmap strategy linked to workflows and revenue outcomes
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams and coaching Product Managers
• Strong skills in real-world modeling, predictive analytics, and familiarity with tools such as Python, R, and MATLAB
