Job Summary

Managing product category development and margin enhancement strategies, the full-time salaried Senior Product Management Manager will oversee sales margin management, pricing models, and P&L responsibilities in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximizes margin enrichment through customer and market analysis while supervising pricing models for the Foodservice Channel
• Proactively manages the P&L and oversees pricing proposals, ensuring accurate pricing history is captured
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to incorporate budget strategies and ensure data availability for effective P&L management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in the Food Industry with knowledge of Food Service Sales processes
• Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience preferred
• Proven experience in developing strategic pricing systems
• Ability to understand price elasticity models and sales process nuances
