Senior Product Management Manager

Job Summary

Proactively managing sales margin and product category development, the full-time salaried Senior Product Management Manager will lead product segments for the foodservice channel while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and enhance profitability in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize margin enrichment through customer and market analysis, supervising pricing models for the Foodservice Channel
• Oversee P&L management and develop pricing proposals, ensuring accurate capture of pricing history in relevant systems
• Collaborate with Product Management leadership to integrate budget strategies into tactical decisions and manage sales planning processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in Foodservice, Food Manufacturing, Revenue Management, or related commercial leadership roles
• Minimum 3+ years of people leadership experience
• Demonstrated ownership of brand management and commercial P&L responsibilities
• Strong understanding of Foodservice channels and customer pricing structures
