Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years managing product managers
• Strong experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation) and optimizing complex systems
• Demonstrated success in delivering employee-facing or enterprise platforms with measurable impact
• Experience managing third-party tools, vendors, and system integrations
• Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team environment
