Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Messaging and Communications Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product operations by collaborating with the leadership team to define product vision and manage the product roadmap
• Drive execution and delivery of high-quality product releases while establishing KPIs for measuring product success
• Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, ensuring product requirements align with market needs and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in communications, SaaS, or messaging platforms
• Strong understanding of SMS/MMS technologies, APIs, and compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver products at scale
• Experience in data-driven decision-making and customer-centric product design
• Proficiency with Jira & Confluence and familiarity with cloud infrastructure
