Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap
• Design and execute A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to enhance funnel performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create a seamless and conversion-optimized member experience

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience, preferably in growth or consumer engagement
• Proven ability to improve funnel performance through data-driven decision-making
• Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools like Amplitude or Looker
• Strong background in A/B testing and hypothesis design
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
