Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Delivery to lead the team responsible for efficiently delivering the platform to employers and their employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform delivery to employers at scale
• Design and optimize delivery workflows and maintain delivery playbooks for minimal engineering involvement
• Define and track delivery KPIs and run experiments to improve onboarding and activation rates

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B or B2B2C SaaS, preferably in financial institutions
• Experience in building and scaling operational systems and delivery pipelines
• Proven track record of reducing manual processes through automation and workflow design
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL and operational metrics
• Experience with HRIS integrations or data management preferred
