Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategy for the Core Search Experience across multiple platforms
• Build personalized search experiences that integrate structured filters and AI-driven guidance
• Establish evaluation frameworks for AI-powered systems and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance experiences

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of product management experience with ownership of consumer search or recommendation systems
• Experience in building or scaling AI-powered user experiences
• Deep understanding of consumer search behavior and intent modeling
• Strong fluency in modern AI concepts and evaluation frameworks
• Proven ability to define success metrics for AI-driven systems beyond traditional metrics
