Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior/Principal Product Manager (PLG & Billing).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the in-product upgrade flows, trial and checkout experience, subscription management, renewal mechanics, and billing support
• Analyze competitor approaches to freemium, pricing, and upsell strategies
• Design and run pricing and optimization tests in partnership with Growth Marketing to enhance conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in B2C/D2C products or PLG companies is a strong plus
• Ability to empathize with customer needs and build positive relationships in a distributed environment
• Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams
• Extremely organized with strong prioritization and decision-making skills
