Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a Screening expert, the full-time Senior Product Manager will identify product opportunities and enhancements based on client needs, bridging the gap between technical teams and business goals while managing complex products from concept to release in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure technical solutions align with business needs and user requirements, driving innovation through understanding of technical constraints
• Build and maintain the Product Roadmap with clearly articulated and prioritized technical product requirements and user stories
• Interact directly with end-user clients to translate their business needs into actionable product requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software technology or SaaS company, preferably with a technical background
• Experience with product management tools such as Azure TFS and Jira, as well as SQL and full stack software development
• Understanding of engineering processes, agile methodologies, and software development lifecycles
• Technical expertise in the Screening domain and industry-relevant knowledge (e.g., Multifamily, Real Estate)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
