Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Product Manager, Lending Solutions, the successful candidate will manage product outcomes from ideation to launch, working directly with mortgage lending customers to develop AI-driven tools that enhance productivity while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes, including business case development, roadmap prioritization, and post-launch measurement
• Engage with mortgage lending customers to identify workflow pain points and translate feedback into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements and oversee successful product adoption across customer-facing teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of product management experience in B2B software
• Strong ability to work directly with enterprise customers in complex, regulated environments
• Proven track record of translating customer feedback into clear product themes and actionable requirements
• Experience with AI-related tools and techniques in compliance-heavy environments
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex problems and aligning cross-functional teams
