Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy, the full-time remote Senior Product Manager will lead the development of a chronic care management platform by conducting user research, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions for Medicare patients and care teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the discovery-to-delivery process by defining, validating, and shipping high-priority solutions
• Conduct user research with Medicare patients and clinical users to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure alignment and maintain delivery velocity

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching software products
• Demonstrated experience in building products from 0-to-1 in early-stage or growth-stage environments
• Healthcare domain expertise, including knowledge of US healthcare delivery and EHR ecosystems
• Experience with AI/ML product development in a healthcare context
• Strong technical fluency, including familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and healthcare data standards
