Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Product Manager will drive growth initiatives, manage the product roadmap for a mobile app experience, and optimize user engagement across web and mobile platforms in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth initiatives across consumer-facing journeys, focusing on mobile to optimize discovery conversion rates and user engagement
• Own the product roadmap for the mobile app, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across iOS and Android
• Partner with marketing and engineering teams to develop and test growth hypotheses using A/B testing and other experimental frameworks

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in product management, particularly with consumer-facing digital products
• Demonstrated experience in driving growth and optimizing mobile app experiences
• Experience with marketplace or e-commerce products and understanding user motivations
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Significant experience managing complex roll-out processes, including QA and cross-platform releases
