Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
To support a mission-focused enterprise modernization effort within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the remote Senior Product Manager will partner with Government Product Owners and cross-functional teams to shape product vision, maintain an outcome-based roadmap, and prioritize release strategies for Salesforce Service Cloud and an Experience Cloud Applicant Portal.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision, value proposition, and success measures for the Minimum Viable Accreditation Platform
- Develop and maintain an outcome-based product roadmap, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and operational needs
- Lead backlog strategy and prioritization while facilitating product governance practices and stakeholder engagement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management or digital-product leadership for enterprise software modernization
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, and measurable success criteria
- Strong experience in Agile or SAFe environments, including backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Proven ability to lead product discovery and synthesize complex stakeholder input
- Experience with configurable enterprise platforms and user-centered design principles
