Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the solutions strategy for revenue systems, the full-time Senior Product Manager will manage the product roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead technology initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, and Marketing in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a prioritized product roadmap for revenue systems, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and best practices
• Serve as the primary technology partner between revenue-generating teams and the Technology organization, diagnosing capability gaps and proposing enhancements
• Lead vendor selection, onboarding, and implementation of third-party solutions, ensuring meaningful integration with existing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8-10+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or revenue operations
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, including vendor evaluation and change management
• Deep familiarity with CRM, customer success, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong data literacy and understanding of revenue operations workflows in B2B subscription businesses
