Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager in R&D - Product & Design, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
• Create and maintain a product roadmap based on customer value and business impact
• Lead agile product development processes and establish key performance indicators for product success

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience in launching and managing payments software products
• Deep experience in agile development teams and methodologies
• Strong preference for payments knowledge and familiarity with API and cloud-based payment processing solutions
• Able to independently facilitate customer discovery sessions and translate market insights into actionable plans
• Experienced in defining clear goals, measuring critical metrics, and driving execution with data-driven decisions
