Senior Product Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Management Sr Advisor for its Evernorth division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to understand organizational direction and translate it into Epics, Features, and Stories for the Provider Search, Match & Schedule team
- Lead backlog refinement sessions to maintain a prioritized backlog of features/stories and translate problem statements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive execution process within agile development teams and develop capabilities to achieve desired customer outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a product owner or in requirements management
- Experience in relationship building and collaboration with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Success in defining and building products
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
