Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate the product vision and roadmap for the Resident Benefits Package (RBP)
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for RBP, prioritizing features that enhance resident experience
• Collaborate with property management teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on RBP strategies

• 7+ years of experience in product management
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications
• Experience in leading new product development in ambiguous environments
• Proven track record of integrating AI into product development
• Experience with data analysis tools and software
