Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive donor and organization growth through high-impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth of donor and organization awareness, onboarding, and habit formation across the app, web, and donation management platform
• Drive mobile strategies to convert initial awareness into donations and accelerate organization activation
• Optimize conversion and retention through A/B tests, funnel analysis, and manage the end-to-end product development process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience building mobile apps and/or B2B platforms
• Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Expertise with experimentation and behavioral analytics tools
• Deep knowledge of product discovery and user research techniques
