Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager I to shape the Broker Experience strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought leader for the product area, utilizing user and market research to guide product strategy
• Lead product activities from vision to implementation, including defining roadmaps and collaborating with engineering teams
• Drive usability studies and customer insights to enhance product value and address urgent issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on successful digital products
• Experience evaluating technical solutions to meet business requirements
• Knowledge of residential real estate brokerage preferred but not required
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization and influence stakeholders
