Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr CX Product Manager to join their Global Services Portfolio team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects and collaborate cross-functionally to drive decisions and design
• Define, build, and roll out service offerings to the field
• Enable sales through documentation and live sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of product owner experience or closely working with product managers
• 2+ years of executive-level communications experience
• 2+ years of experience in Software Services Estimation, including documentation and testing
