Senior Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Behind the Meter and Channel Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product direction and competitive positioning for direct and channel sales to commercial & industrial customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate industry requirements into product development priorities
• Engage with customers and industry events to advocate for customer needs and refine market communication

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3-4 years in power generation projects for C&I customers
• Technical background in power systems, DERs, or distributed generation is a plus
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and translating complex industry needs into market-ready solutions
• Experience in proposal development and industry-facing content; MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills suitable for a fast-paced startup environment
